The Business is structured as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) formed and authorized under the laws of New Zealand, and is led by Founder - Pawel Adamczuk (Ngati-Slavic - Auckland) and Managing Director - Joady McLaughlin (Ngati-Tuwharetoa - Taupo) who serve as the Business' Owner/Directors.

B-ThermIQ® Nano-Tech is an advanced ultra-thin thermal coating system engineered to reflect up to 93% of solar radiant heat, creating a high-performance thermo-reflective shield that helps keep buildings cooler in hot conditions while retaining valuable warmth in cold conditions. The result is improved year-round energy efficiency, enhanced occupant comfort and long-lasting surface protection.

Its advanced polymer microspheres—each approximately half the width of a human hair—create an ultra-thin thermo-reflective barrier that manages radiant heat transfer, reducing heat gain in summer and minimising heat loss in winter across a wide range of applications
