This unique combination is an innovative, energy-efficient solution offering a sustainable alternative to traditional temperature regulating materials. The advanced, ultra-thin thermal coating is sprayed at 0.5mm up to 3.0mm> layered thicknesses, directly onto surface areas whereby gains are experienced immediately. B-THERMIQ® MASS maintains its performance in temperatures up to 280°C and can be sprayed directly onto hot surfaces up to 75°C- reducing the external temperature by up to 140 °C depending on usable substrate .

TECH SPEAK - Tiny (nano-tech) microspheres - hollow spheres almost half the width of human hair, are present in the mix, and are in fact traps adapted to the dimensions of the wavelength of infrared and ultraviolet radiation. The light beams falling into such a trap are reflected by 93% TSR, multiple times and in multiple directions, and are then directed towards the entrance with almost no loss of energy. This molecular behaviour creates an instant thermal shield.

Heat transfer takes place not only by conduction through partitions (walls, ceilings, etc), but also by radiation. Thermal radiation, or infrared radiation is a fragment of electromagnetic radiation, of which an even smaller fragment is visible light radiation. B-ThermIQ OUTSIDE creates a screen on the coated surface that reflects the radiation, while allowing the wall to breathe, and thanks to its structure, it removes moisture from the wall. The phenomenon itself can be compared to "pushing” the moisture out of the wall, which is extremely important, especially when renovating buildings under architectural protection. 

Walls protected with B-ThermIQ OUTSIDE are dry, which translates to better thermal protection. Securing the façade with the B-ThermIQ OUTSIDE system allows you to save energy spent on heating or cooling the building. 1.0mm thickness stabilizes the wall temperature, protecting external facades against surface tensions related to jumps and consequently, cracks, ensuring its colour lasting for years.

B-ThermIQ ROOF creates a screen on the coated surface that reflects the radiation, which increases the temperature regulation of the roof itself. In months with high irradiation, the temperature differences under the roof may be lower than 40 °C in relation to other surfaces. On the other hand, in the winter months, B-ThermIQ ROOF protects against the loss of heat generated inside. This translates into energy savings spent on heating or cooling the building. 

B-ThermIQ ROOF coatings used for protecting roofing felt and roof shingles also improve the mechanical properties of these materials, sealing and strengthen them, repairing damage even up to 5mm wide. When applied to the surface, B-ThermIQ ROOF will act as a rust inhibitor, thus stopping any corrosion of the steel, converting the iron oxide into iron phosphate.

In areas protected with B-ThermIQ INSIDE, the heat flow is even thanks to the thermo-reflective coating from the walls and ceilings in all directions. The heat system is more homogeneous and the maximum temperature variation is 0.5 °C. Limiting differences in temperature slows down air circulation, limiting the migration of dust and pollutants, which contributes to increased comfort for allergy sufferers. Due to the fact that water vapor does not condense on thermal bridges, it does not create an environment conducive to the formation of mold, fungi and bacteria on the walls, especially in areas that are particularly exposed to heat & steam. 

B-ThermIQ INSIDE creates a screen on the protected surface that reflects the radiation, and thanks to the even heat distribution, it stabilizes the humidity in every part of the room - unlike traditional paint finishes that only fulfill aesthetic functions. Thermal homogeneity allows you to generate savings of 40% in energy consumption.

B-ThermIQ INVISIBLE is a premixed hydrophobic renovation coating with thermal regulation properties, designed for decorative and protective applications on nearly all surfaces, both exterior and interior. For example, it can be used on residential building facades such as townhouses and homes made of brick or stone. It is also suitable for the facades of heritage-protected buildings, where conventional thermal insulation solutions (e.g. polystyrene, mineral wool) do not meet the criteria for preserving historical urban value.

The special composition of our coating protects surfaces from UV radiation. The clear coating effectively safeguards the historical beauty of buildings, ensuring facades and monuments remain unaffected and their surfaces free from dirt, mould, and fungi.

B-ThermIQ INVISIBLE corrects microcracks while allowing walls to "breathe.” With its thermal reflective properties, it forms a flexible barrier that reflects heat.

B-ThermIQ METAL is a specialized thermal regulating coating designed to protect  metal structures, metal and skillion roofing, containers, vats and machines against overheating and moisture condensation.

Designed for decorative and protective coating of metal surfaces made from various materials, especially zinc and/or aluminium sheet metal.

It is an easy-to-apply, environmentally friendly product that offers the following properties: high hiding power, good adhesion to microporous mineral surfaces, coatings with good variable diffusion, resistance to aggressive external conditions including water, excellent resistance to weather and UV radiation, and good coating flexibility, which enhances resistance to cracking and scratching. Greatly reduces the temperature of the surface, thanks to the light-trapping microspheres. It also improves the heat balance of the building, reflecting the radiation from the protected surface.

B-ThermIQ MASS  provides a radical reduction in heat emission, in elements that cannot be thermally regulated with traditional methods. E.g. A layer of B-ThermIQ MASS compound, when applied to a surface with a very high temperature (e.g. on pipe conducting hot water vapor), reduces the external temperature of the pipe by up to 140 °C depending on usable substrate .
