B-THERMIQ® System:

Total Solar Reflectance (TSR) is measured at 93%.

Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) reaches 118%, exceeding conventional cool roof materials.

Emissivity (ε) is high at 0.86, allowing surfaces to release absorbed temperatures effectively.

B-THERMIQ®  products create a thermal shield that reflects heat and radiation. This shield is formed by vacuum microspheres tailored to the dimensions of thermal radiation wavelengths, acting like a labyrinth of mirrors.

With the highest TSR (Total Solar Reflectance) on the market, reflecting 93% of thermal energy and featuring high emissivity, as the radiation beam attempting to pass through it is reflected multiple times and redirected back, with virtually no energy absorption.

REFLECTS 93% OF INFRA RED THERMAL RADIATION


The use of innovative production technology and the presence of heat reflectivity and IR in other products allows us to achieve an unprecedented level of reflection of thermal radiation and IR in other products at a rate of 93%.

Thanks to this, the use of the coating as a roofing material is ideal for preventing heating of the roof surface and brings a reduction in temperatures in attics.

This generates significant savings due to reduced air conditioning costs and heating of the building in winter (by up to 58%).

FLEXIBILITY WITHOUT CRACKS

Research in the production of extreme physical conditions has proven unprecedented flexibility.

This parameter guarantees the absence of shell cracks on the surfaces of buildings, interior walls even in buildings with extreme usage.

The result is a solution to the problem of thermal bridges resulting from breaks in the frames and cracks on the walls even after a significant amount of time.

 

A significant reduction in operating costs is generated by not having to "renew” the building and the premises every few years.

EFFECTIVE ACOUSTIC SUPPRESSION

B-THERMIQ® has high acoustic isolating properties. Because of this when replacing up to 50 mm of polystyrene or 30 mm of mineral wool by significantly decreasing the noise level in rooms in which it is used.

 

The thermo-reflective shield guarantees many years of favorable acoustic conditions, effectively isolating offices, blocks of flats, staircases, concert halls and production halls from excessive noise.

Placed on a roof it will decrease the noise created by weather conditions such as hail or rain.

ENERGY SAVINGS

The use of our technology allows you to seal objects thermally. Applying a layer with a thickness of 0.5 mm, replaces the standard paint and primer additionally giving the layer the property of thermal regulation, creating a warm or fresh wall effect and retaining heat or cold in the room.

 

The solution spontaneously increases the temperature by 4°C. This is important both in industrial, dwelling construction and other areas of industry.

ZERO MOULD AND FUNGI

A great advantage is the property of anti-condensation (it protects against the excessive effects of water vapor), which blocks the formation of fungi and mould and allows you to get rid of the problem of inconsistencies of painting coatings.

 

This effect has been achieved by the right selection of microspheres and high surface tension.
 

Thanks to this, the use of this ultra-thin coating guarantees no problems with mould, fungi, condensed water vapor and the elimination of all discolorations.

RESISTANCE TO EXTREME  TEMPERATURES

Thanks to the use of innovative materials in coating production, we have achieved resistance that is unprecedented in the marketplace (in temperatures up to 280°C) 

 

This allows for the effective use of the coating as a thermal barrier to prevent the cooling of buildings and premises at extremely low temperatures as well as the protection of equipment, steam transmission systems and hot water from heat loss.
